IS COACHING THERAPY?
Coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed and does not prevent, cure or treat any mental disorder or medical disease. Additionally, coaching is not a substitute for professional advice by legal, mental health, medical or other qualified professionals. Clients are responsible for creating and implementing their own physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, decisions, choices, actions and results.
ARE COACHING SESSIONS CONFIDENTIAL?
HOW LONG IS A COACHING SESSION?
The length of a coaching session depends on the client's needs and the type of coaching required. Typically a coaching session lasts 45 minutes and is conducted weekly or twice a month.
HOW LONG DO YOU RECOMMEND I COACH WITH YOU?
The length of a coaching program varies depending on the type of coaching required and the needs and goals of a client. Some clients only need one or two sessions to kick start them. Others may require an extended program to facilitate their success in highly challenging projects. HOW MUCH DOES YOUR COACHING COST?

is it possible to have you as a coach if i don't live near you?
Yes. I coach clients in the United States and abroad. All coaching sessions are conducted in English via telephone or Skype, unless otherwise arranged.
