The bar, called 5cc Harrild & Sons, has enlisted the help of an artificial intelligence system to help the bartenders. The AI bar uses a facial recognition system developed by DataSparQ, that puts customers in an ‘intelligently virtual’ queue. This ensures customers get their hands on a drink based on the order they arrived, and not based on who has the sharpest elbows.
